Building a Saxon ship will require us to transport ourselves back in time and adopt the skills of our ancestors. Using modern tools and techniques will not give us the same outcome so to build a replica we need to replicate the skills and the tools.

Knowing that this will be a very steep learning curve we have started to look at what we need to do to succeed in this project and have engaged the time of some well known experts in the field.
